Troubleshoot issues with computer applications or systems
(ERP Odoo); Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems
for users; Provide technical support to end-users; Document
network-related activities or tasks; Perform network
maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with
minimal interruption; Document network support activities;
Communicating with supervisors and working under
supervision of senior developers to ensure smooth
operations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
fields required.
Experience: 12 months on the job offered or closely related position required. Must
have 12 months experience with Odoo ERP.
